Return Exchange

Domestic Returns

Orders may be returned within 7 days of the delivery date for a refund or store credit. To request a return, please email info@mwlstudio.com. Once your return request is approved, please ship the item(s) back to us within 7 days. Returns will be subject to a $5 return shipping fee and a $10 restocking fee per item. The return shipping fee and restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Initial shipping charges are not refundable.

The item(s) must be returned to MWL Studio first before your refund can be issued. If you are returning items from an order that was eligible for free shipping, the initial shipping fee will also be deducted from your refund.

Domestic Exchanges

Exchanged item(s) are shipped free of charge. A request for an exchange must be made within 7 days of the delivery date. Once the exchange has been requested, a pre-paid return label will be emailed to you. Your new item(s) can only be shipped out once we receive your returned item(s). Before requesting an exchange, please read our standards for returns & exchanges below. At this time, we can only offer free exchanges for domestic orders.

We accept exchanges on item(s) purchased from our website. You can exchange an item for a different size or color in the same style as your originally purchased item. For a different style, please return your original item(s) and place a new order online separately.

Instructions for Domestic Returns & Exchanges

  1. Email info@mwlstudio.com with your order number, item(s) you will be returning, and reason for return.
  2. A pre-paid return shipping label will be sent to you via email. Download and print it out.
  3. Securely pack item(s) using original MWL Studio packaging.
  4. Remove old shipping label and replace with return shipping label.
  5. Drop off the package at the nearest USPS location or schedule a free USPS pick-up.

International Returns

For international customers returning item(s): you must cover your own return shipping costs and ship the package from your local post office. Returns will be subject to a $10 restocking fee per item. Initial shipping charges are not included in the refund.

Standards for all Returns & Exchanges

  1. Item(s) must be returned unworn, unwashed, unscented, and in the exact condition they were received.
  2. No visible signs of wear including perfume, makeup stains, deodorant stains, etc.
  3. Most of our pieces are very form-fitting and scents can latch on easily (i.e., perfume, body odor). Please do a smell check on item(s) that you are sending back.
  4. Items must not have been used, washed, altered, or tailored in any manner.
  5. Items must be returned in their original MWL Studio packaging.
  6. You have 7 days within receiving your items to request a return.
  7. Returned item(s) must be shipped back to us within 7 days of return request approval.

Please take care when trying on garments, as we cannot accept garments with any visible signs of wear. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return standards and policy.

Refunds

All returns go through an inspection period, which can take up to 7 business days from the date that your package is delivered back to us. Once completed, you will be notified on whether your return has been accepted or declined. If your return is accepted, you will receive an email stating that your refund is being processed. Please keep in mind that it can take up to 10 business days for the funds to be reflected in your bank account.

MWL Studio reserves the right to refuse any exchanges and returns that do not meet our returns & exchanges policy requirements.


Final Sale

Please note, all items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange unless the item arrives damaged or imperfect.

For hygiene reasons, styles categorized as 'undergarments' are considered Final Sale.
